Upgrade from 1.9.4.3 to 1.10.3 Hangs on Step 6

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

As you may imagine that link is of no use (fortunately) for non logged in users....
At the moment and without any clues on the error log, I'd just revert the site to the highest possible version of the modules possible without breaking. But the fact that the upgrade worked on your local server and doesn't on the live one points to some funky setting or configuration on the live server... other than that I have no more suggestions atm, sorry...

Yes, I didn't expect you to click on the link, just posted it to see if it gave you any clue as to what was happening at the time.

I have reverted to the original versions by restoring my backups and I'll start all over again and make sure I don't miss anything.
