This is exactly why we are trying to test as much as possible. There is more of an underlying issue than one might realize. A simple band-aid fix now could cause many more hours of headache in the future. If we find and fix the root cause of the problem now we are better off. We have the comfort of knowing we did it right because we tested as many solutions as possible and we also know we are less likely to have issues in the future. Now I'll leave the hard part (the programming) to you and alby to figure out.

I don't think you guys want me helping with that. I'm good for testing, but not efficient enough to solve programming issues

If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.
