Re: URL masking

It's a temporary solution, I need to do some maintenance to my server and I want to use a free hosting as a backup. That gives me a url like: username.frehostingprovider.com, and I'd like to avoid users seeing that.
Any ideas?

Thanks.

URL masking

Hi everyone, I've a small problem. I've a site temporarily hosted on a free service that doesn't have DNS management and gives me only and url like: http://user.hosting.com I've installed CMSMS 1.1.4.1 and everything is fine, now the problem is how to mask the ugly url with the domain name I have, l...

Re: 114 SQL queries

I'm already using the cache module, You can see the ccontent and cstylesheet tags in the template.
When is V2 expected to arrive?
Thanks.

Re: 114 SQL queries

Ok, but what's the point of using a CMS if I have to disable all the cool CMS features to make in work, like disabling selflink, unistanlling modules, reducing customcontent.
I'll end up without a CMS at all!

Re: 114 SQL queries

I changed the custom content sintax, but the query count did not change.
It went down from 116 to 81 by disabling debug mode, but they're still too many, I think.
If there's any other idea on how to simplify, I'll appreciate that.
Thanks.

Re: 114 SQL queries

There is something very strange. Since the site is under construction I've made a simple start page ( www.alma-automotive.com ) that uses a plain template: {* Change lang="en" to the language of your site *} {sitename} - {title} {* The sitename is changed in Site Admin/Global settings. {ti...

114 SQL queries

Hi guys, I've got a speed problem due to an eccessive number of SQL queries. Most of them made by frontenduser and cms_content. CMSMS version is 1.1.3.1. You can take a look at: www.alma-automotive.com/home Here is the template: -----------------------------------------------------------------------...

Re: Segmentatio Fault - Empty pages rendered

It seems that the problem is a segmentation fault induced by CMSMS, this is the answer from my provider: Accessing your index.php (CMS application) causes Segmentation fault in the server. No error pages are reported for Segmentation faults. The CMS application installed has serious problems and hen...

Re: Empty pages rendered

I do have last version 1.1.3.1.

I've tried restoring a backup and I was able to view the site once, that the problem reappeared: empty pages!

Segmentation Fault - Empty pages rendered

Today my site stopped working (www.alma-automotive.com), empty pages are rendered. I notified my hosting provider (EuroVPS) of the issue and, after investigating, they replied: We verified the issue and suspect a code related error in the following line. -------- /var/www/vhosts/alma-automotive.com/...

Re: My site disappeared, no rendering

It works now. Somehow the cmsms process got stuck and was not responding. I had to erase everything and restore.
Now it works.
Thanks anyway.

My site disappeared, no rendering

I was finishing the setup of my company site when suddenly the site wouldn't render anymore. I was working with selfregistration settings and the page were all gone. pointing the browser to index.php results in the file download box, as if the php code was not executed. I've checked the php server w...

CMSM 1.08 and SQLite

I'm trying to install cmsms on a new QNAP TS-201 NAS, equipped with php and SQLite. I installed SQLite manager and created the cms.dat db. I followed the procedure in this thread: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/topic,7354.0.html and installed cmsms 1.08. The install goes fine but opening p...
