My site disappeared, no rendering

I was finishing the setup of my company site when suddenly the site wouldn't render anymore. I was working with selfregistration settings and the page were all gone. pointing the browser to index.php results in the file download box, as if the php code was not executed.
I've checked the php server with a test page and it's working.
Same goes for mysql.
I cannot access the admin panel either, all pages are blank.

what can I do to resurrect the site?

Hello,

it works here. What was the problem ?

It works now. Somehow the cmsms process got stuck and was not responding. I had to erase everything and restore.
Now it works.
