CMSMS Mobile Ready
Well I hope I am not annoying anyone with these questions. I will put them all here rather than creating new topics as I have been doing over the past few days. First of all, here is what I started with: http://www.i-do-this.com/blog/14/Make-your-CMSMS-website-Mobile-ready and for the most part it w...

Re: Gallery/CGSmartImage, view/resize all images for mobile
Well, nothing found in error_log regarding this installation/module. Debug is on, the content area is still blank when viewing on cpu - I'm going to change that content area back to "{Gallery}." I cannot copy/paste mobile debugging here. At this point I have no idea what I'm doing and am a...

Re: Gallery/CGSmartImage, view/resize all images for mobile
There are no errors logged in Admin, just some editing.
Thanks, will look into the rest tonight.

Re: Gallery/CGSmartImage, view/resize all images for mobile
Thanks uniqu3. BTW I am really enjoying your code for the mobile detection/content. My sites are really simplified for mobile users now and being able to just add the simplified content in a separate content block is super easy for clients. I copied/pasted that (I believe the same as removing the 3 ...

Re: Gallery/CGSmartImage, view/resize all images for mobile
OK :) It was from the example from the help file. So there were 3 and I took them all out. Now there are no errors but the page (content area) is blank. There are images/galleries, I was using {Gallery} before I started all of this. Maybe I shouldn't have taken them all out? I have no bluddy idea :)...

Re: Gallery/CGSmartImage, view/resize all images for mobile
Thanks calguy. I am using CMSMS 1.11.2, Gallery 1.6 and CGSmartImage 1.9.5 (I am running a completely fresh install to test this all out). I just now placed this code in the new separate ("Mobile") content block: <__script__ type="text/javascript"> {literal} jQuery(document).read...

Gallery/CGSmartImage, view/resize all images for mobile user
Hello, I am attempting to create a different output for mobile users. I need for them to view all images in all galleries and the images must be no larger than 320 px wide. I am using this mobile detection code and a second content block "Mobile." http://www.i-do-this.com/blog/14/Make-your...

CGCalendar event detail displaying on cpu but not on mobile
I love the CGCalendar module. And I love CMSMS!! Having lots of fun and learning a lot as I go. I've made some changes to my template so that if a mobile device is detected only a certain menu and content is displayed (very simple menu and content only 340px wide): http://www.i-do-this.com/blog/14/M...

Suggestions needed for galleries on mobile, handheld devices
I'm making my sites mobile ready. The galleries are working when I test on my mobile (I'm using the "Lightbox" template). But of course they are too large. I can think of a few ideas which would allow the images to be smaller (eg. 340px wide) for mobile visitors. The first is to just creat...

Re: CMSMS Mobile Ready - Missing Content Blocks
Thanks, you are right! I didn't know there were two - content and global content! Now I see that in the wiki, completely missed it.
Thanks again

[solved] CMSMS Mobile Ready - Missing Content Blocks
I am trying to follow this procedure to make mobile versions of my sites: http://www.i-do-this.com/blog/14/Make-your-CMSMS-website-Mobile-ready Site #1: I began with an site that has an outdated version of CMSMS, 1.9.4.2. Everything worked great. I was able to create a new content block ("mobil...

tinyMCE not allowing "Editors" group to upload images
I would like to allow Editors to create directories and upload images via tinyMCE. I have been over and over all of the settings and nothing that I do seems to work. I have had to make my clients Admins and I really hate doing this - I like that the "Editor's" Admin is clean and not overwh...

[solved] Gallery Module - Main Page says "0 images"
Hey :) On the main Gallery page, I would like to remove "0 images." I have subgalleries and it just drives me crazy that it says that. Obviously it does show the number of images in the subgalleries when viewing them but I would rather have it removed altogether than have it show "0 i...
