tinyMCE not allowing "Editors" group to upload images

I would like to allow Editors to create directories and upload images via tinyMCE. I have been over and over all of the settings and nothing that I do seems to work. I have had to make my clients Admins and I really hate doing this - I like that the "Editor's" Admin is clean and not overwhelming for the client. Plus I don't want them to fiddle with things that they shouldn't be.

I have been through everything, the module and the Users/Groups/Permissions. I thought that checking
"Advanced usage of the File Manager module" and "Allow usage of advanced profile in TinyMCE" would finally do it but no luck.

Also, in "Backend" and "Advanced Backend" profile settings for tinyMCE I have checked "Show filemanagement in options like upload, make dir and file deletion in FilePicker, if the user is allowed to perform these"

Also, under "Additional Editors" in the options tab when editing a page, I selected "Group: Editor." Still no luck.

Any suggestions as to what I might be overlooking?
