Ah sorry

My website implimentor told me it was a problem/error with CMS and to send the error to you, i'm only going on what he told me

my site is biancaduval.com

This happens while I am in the CMS admin

I asked as I have just had this done and being charged £200, this included adding a PayPal button after I provided the code, and to set up offer codes in romancart

please can you tell me where I can access the Installation root?

Generate a static sitemap.xml file? Note: This requires that the httpd process have write access to the sitemap.xml file in the CMS installation root. (or the ability to create the file if it does not already exist)

Drop down menu not wide enough help please

When I am trying to link my products with pictures I can't see the whole of the description.

Can anyone help me to widen it as it's impossible to choose the right product as I can't see it in full

Please see attachment - look at the 3rd column, you will see half of it is chopped off

Right click your page and view page source and you will see what I posted above in the top... But hey if you don't want a standards compliant sight that will render consistently across all browsers... I viewed the page source but what did you post? The second bit I will send to my website impliment...

Hi

I enabled and then went to the upload tab and tried to upload the file but it said "Unsupported archive format (ico)"

How do I get the file in the File Manager please?

How do I upload my favicon.ico to the root web directory of my website?

I have tried to put it in the Image Manager but it doesn't show
