(Solved) SiteMap Made Simple

I have just added more information to my site but the sitemap has not updated

I have looked in the settings:
Change frequency is set to automatic
Generate a static sitemap.xml file? set to YES
Dynamically update the static xml file when content is changed? set to YES

How do I get my sitemap to update?

And I cannot click on the tabs info, templates, default templates and preferences

How do I select the tabs above?

Also

please can you tell me where I can access the Installation root?

Generate a static sitemap.xml file? Note: This requires that the httpd process have write access to the sitemap.xml file in the CMS installation root. (or the ability to create the file if it does not already exist)

That would be where you uploaded all the folders/files of the installation, some servers have public_html...
