How do I upload my favicon.ico to the root web directory of my website?

I have tried to put it in the Image Manager but it doesn't show

What am I doing wrong?

Use ftp, or "File Manger" with "Enable advanced mode?" on (Content » File Manager » Settings).

I enabled and then went to the upload tab and tried to upload the file but it said "Unsupported archive format (ico)"

How do I get the file in the File Manager please?
