Re: [NO HELP AVAILABLE] DETAILED instructions needed for changing hosts
Exactly. That's the part I don't know how to do (importing/exporting). I guess I'll just keep trying until I figure it out.You have only to find out how to create a new database and how to export / import them in different panels.

Re: DETAILED instructions needed for changing hosts
Yeah, I've tried that. In fact, that's where I looked first. I don't understand it. It may as well be another language. Thanks anyway.

[NO HELP AVAILABLE] DETAILED instructions needed for changing hosts
I am aware of the basic instructions for changing hosts (moving site to a new host) provided under "Documentation", but what I need is detailed, step-by-step instructions as I cannot, for the life of me, understand SQL databases and how they work. Does anyone have detailed instructions the...

Re: [solved] Getting Rid of the Index.php
I read the page you listed. Unfortunately, I have no idea what any of that means. All I needed to know was whether my existing URLs would change if I changed mod_rewrite to true. I don't know a darn thing about Apache, php or any other techy stuff! :) But I certainly appreciate you guys trying to ex...

Re: Getting Rid of the Index.php
So are you saying it just shows or doesn't show, but has no affect on the actual URL? I'm not sure I understand what you're saying.
I just changed it to true and it made all my links broken, so I had to change it back. I guess I answered my own question. Solved!

Here's an example of the page: http://nutrition.preschoolrock.com/index.php/news/25/104 I want the line spacing in the first paragraph to match the remai...

Re: Home page 404 error
No, it just happened while she was updating her site (adding pages). She doesn't have access to those files; I'm the only one and I didn't touch anything.

[solved] Home page 404 error
One of my writer's home page is down (404 error), yet all her pages are live and work. For example, her home page http://salt-lake-city.preschoolrock.com gives the 404 error, but her http://salt-lake-city.preschoolrock.com/index.php/home page works. Any ideas? ??? (yes, I know about the "index....
