Default layouts/css

CMS website upgraded from .13 to 1.0.4 but the default templates were not included, or at least i don't see them.  I did check the templates.cmsmadesimple.com (think that's right) and didn't see them their either. Is there someplace I can grabe the default layouts/css?

Find the standarrd installation here, where you can copy all needed files and paste them in your own environment.
