FCKEditorX display problem

I have problem with display of FCKEditorX when editing content. Please see this bug report in Forge.

I found out, that this problem isn't FCK specific, but occurs also with other editors like Xinha or TinzMCE. Please look at the pictures enclosed to the bug and help. Thanks

I still believe, that someone will know solution for that. Believe me, this problem is SERIOUS ONE. Shall I send more informations about system? Here it is.
