beta 10.3 and backup

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hi,

just to notify that i didn't manage to upgrade from 0.9.2 so i made a backup and a fresh install beta3, after adding the backup plugin i lost the menu template, so be careful with it.
