Third party property plugin?

In a posting on the CMS Show Off forum, lennon refers to a third party property plugin for his/her site http://www.tyrrellauctions.ie/home.html.  Does anyone know where I would be able to get a copy of this plugin from as it could be a real time saver on a site I am currently working on?
