Search Lost in Upgrade

I upgraded my site yesterday to the latest version and now the search box is missing. I rechecked the templates and the code is still there. ??

It could be possible that the module didn't do an auto upgrade.  I'm not sure why, though.  Check out the modules page in the admin and see what's next to Search.  If it says to upgrade it, go for it.  If it doesn't...  then maybe a module reinstallation will do the trick instead.
