listmodules.php won't execute

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

listmodules.php won't execute

I have just moved my site from a server to another one. Everything is working fine, except that if I try to list the modules from the admin menu, the listmodules.php script is not executed, and the browser tries to download it from the site itself!

What's happening?
