Easily translatable tags

Have a translation or something? It goes here. This can mean modules, documentation, or CMSMS itself!

This is in fact feature request. I would like to use similar translation system like for modules also for tags. Just because I tend to forget backup and lose all my translation of tag when tag is upgraded.
