Help installing v1.0.2 under IIS

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Help installing v1.0.2 under IIS

Post by tonypiazza »

I've designed a site on my local machine using a LAMP stack and now I need to bring CMSMS up on the client's hosting provider which uses IIS. I did a backup of the cms (MySQL) database and restored it with no problems using the hosting provider's phpMyAdmin interface. Next, I uploaded the cmsmadesimple folder to the root of their existing site. What I want is for them to be able to access CMSMS via www.clientdomain.com/cms. Once they approve of what I've created for them, I want to just move the contents of the cmsmadesimple folder up to the root of their site.

Before uploading config.php, I changed the settings to reflect the new environment. The only ones I wasn't sure about were those which specify an absolute path to particular folders. I tried several values before deciding to post on this forum. Here is the text of the message:
Fatal error: Class pear_extender: Cannot inherit from undefined class mysql_transaction_adoconnection in c:\webhost4life aspnet\user\clientdomain\cmsmadesimple\lib\adodb_lite\generic_modules\pear_module.inc(5) : eval()'d code on line 1
The hosting provider is running the following versions of software:

PHP: 4.3.10
MySQL: 5.0.22-community-max-nt

Does anyone out there have any idea as to how I can solve this problem.

Thanks in advance for your help.
