keyword.php error in add content page

keyword.php error in add content page

Since this is a different issue from my last thread I thought I'd give it it's own topic. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this as I can't add any content yet without resolving this problem.

This is the keyword.php error that shows up when I click on "add new content".
Not found
The requested URL /keyword.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
