Looking for module that allows reactions on posted articles

I'm looking for a module that shows posted articles (preferrably categorised) that allows viewers to post reactions to the articles. I've seen examples in other CMS-applications. I'm not sure if any of the available modules does this.
The other CMS-es show all posted comments below the original article. The article can only be posted through authorized editors, and anyone can post comments.

There is an option to combine News and Comments module ... you've only to modify news detail template. Please look at comments help too, if I'm right help contains info for that solution.
