install problem

hello

i  tray install made simle but i have this error
Cannot create /is/htdocs/wp10/ms/config.php, please change permissions to allow this

i cannot found teh config.php..... in which folder is the config.php?

If you FTP to your site you should see it in the root of the install, meaning if you just put it on your server it will be right there when you open it in your FTP client, if you put it in a folder on your server you need to open that folder to find it...

Then change the chmod according to these instructions...
