FeedBackForm vs FormBuilder

I installed FeedBackForm instead of FormBuilder, because Formbuilder is labeled as "pre alpha." By "pre alpha" does this project mean "don't even think about using this in a production environment," or are some people successfully using the latest FormBuilder on production sites?
