Attach an image to an item

Attach an image to an item

Is there an easy way to add an image to an item inside a module.

For example, for the bookmarks module, I would like to enable backed users to add an image with each bookmark. Are there any other modules/plugins that would easily allow this? The same thing could also be applied to the news module, so that you could upload an image with each news post.

Any ideas?
