Some thoughts about multilanguage support

I have thought about multilanguage support in CMS made simple. The first thought was to add collumn which describes which languages to use. And to write class which will handle all tags: for example language['en'] = "encoding". When creating site you will define which language is primary and site will open in that language. Sorry for my english and waiting for comments:):):)
