HTML to CMS?

Would CMS help me convert this HTML based site?

Id like to use the cms control panel to update news section and anything else other areas that will need updating on a weekly basis. If you could help me ith this I would appreciate it greatly or point me in the right direction.

It won't "help me convert this HTML based site" you would have to port it to CMSMS your self but it will help you maintain it, update easily add new content quickly etc....

There is a video tutorial in the documents to show how it's done...
