formbrowser record-date is not like the locale

What do i have to set in order to get the record-date of a record in formbrowser in the language of the site.

I used
setlocale (LC_TIME, 'nl_NL.UTF8');
in the template but even that does not help.

Anyone an idea?

I changed the formbrowser template
from
{$entry->submitted}
in
{$entry->submitted|date_format:"%e %B %Y"}
that did the trick.
