Upgrade from 1.12.2 to 2.2.8 - how to get Simplex Theme?

Hi,

i did an upgrade from 1.12.2 to 2.2.8. How do i get the Simplex Theme?
I tried to export it from a brandnew 2.2.8 install but export fails.

Maybe have a look at what's failing on the export - usually it's just an image path issue in the css and you can either remove those lines or hardcode the url (we're discussing ways of improving that for the next major release).

Copy/paste the templates and stylesheets, copy/move any folders it needs, make any changes to hard coded paths if needed...
