Nice site, well done! I like the fancy-tooltips and wonder if a lightbox.js driven gallery would match the style of this website even more. Maybe you should try and spend some attention to W3C-standards - there is an embedding-error for .swf-files in your code. On the web you will find solutions like
Flash Satay that are even more sophisticated and absolutely up to web standards.

thanks! yes... my client does not complain about w3c standards... but I do! so i'l gonna take a look to flash stay!!!

Good to know that you care about W3C standards. I think a lot of CMSMS developers choose CMSMS as their CMS because it is standards compliant.
