Nice site, well done! I like the fancy-tooltips and wonder if a lightbox.js driven gallery would match the style of this website even more. Maybe you should try and spend some attention to W3C-standards - there is an embedding-error for .swf-files in your code. On the web you will find solutions like Flash Satay that are even more sophisticated and absolutely up to web standards.

However: good work.

Good to know that you care about W3C standards. I think a lot of CMSMS developers choose CMSMS as their CMS because it is standards compliant.
