Re: CGFeedback template error
The module hasn't installed correctly. Was it a fresh install or an upgrade.
IF it was a fresh install I suggest you uninstall (this will remove all your data!) & remove the module , and reinstall.
A bit more complex if it was an upgrade and you have existing feedback...
I could also be an issue with the core install that stopped the module installing correctly. Could you post the System Information here.

Re: CGFeedback template error
As the Module didn't upgrade correctly, you need to repeat that process. Either way you need a backup version of your site, pre CGFeedback upgrade.
First check that your backup site is 100% working. Then I would do one of the following:
1. "Not too many Comments" - could be manually reloaded:
- from the new version of the site, uninstall CGFeedback (this will remove all your data) & remove the module, and reinstall.
- Make sure CGFeedback installs correctly including Design Manager showing all template types and the default templates
- manually copy the comments from the backup site into the new site
- May also need to manually edit the created dates in the database (if you use these)
OR
2. Start the entire upgrade process again using the backup site
OR
3. "Way too many comments to copy manually" (bother)
- on the backup site, upgrade core & CGFeedback
- make sure CGFeedback upgrades correctly including Design Manager showing all template types and the default templates
- manually copy the /CGFeedback folder and all CGFeedback tables from the backup site to the new site
Hopefully one of the above will work best for you.

I've already tried to do this, but didn't managechrisbt wrote:Glad it worked. Could you please mark the question as 'solved' or add [solved] into the subject line.

Could you tell me how to do it?
Thanks
Re: CGFeedback template error
You should be able to edit the subject line at the very top of this page to just add in the text '[solved]'. That's it.
