Is there a "trick" to show a holiday feed in CGCalendar?

I've inserted an URL to a holiday webcal feed in "CGCalendar Settings => ICAL feed for holidays = webcal://www.avalonia.dk/ical/Helligdage-DK.ics" but nothing is showing in the calendar.

I've tried to change the URL from "webcal://" to "http://" but that doesn't change anything.
