Export cmsms pages

Hi.

I want to export or save my pages on my site currently running 1.12.

I tried a module that allows this but it broke my site, it seemed CGExtensions => 1.46.3 was causing an http 500 error and i could not even reach the admin page.

So looking for another way to do this?
