Hello can anyone tell me in plain simple steps how to set the from field for the Feedback form...Ive experimented, read, reread and rereread the instructions with no joy!

Not sure what you mean by "set the form field". Could you be more descriptive?

I would like be able to set the FROM field please.... not the form field!

It's on the Configuration tab from the main FeedbckForm screen.
So from the extensions menu -> FeedbackForm you'll see your list of forms and above those a tab for 'configuration'. Click on that tab and you'll get the name and address from fields (and a couple of other things too).
