CMSMS Error

Hey guys, before I get to my issue here's some background information on my setup:

Operating System: Ubuntu 15.04 (GNU/Linux 3.19.0-82-generic i686)
PHP Version: PHP 5.6.4-4ubuntu6.4 (cli) (built: Oct 28 2015 01:26:54)
CMSMS Version: 1.12

Installed Modules
CMSMailer 5.2.2
CMSPrinting 1.0.5
FileManager 1.4.5
MenuManager 1.8.6
MicroTiny 1.2.9
ModuleManager 1.5.8
News 2.15.1
Search 1.7.12
ThemeManager 1.1.8
Gallery 2.0.2

This was a quick site I threw up for someone unfortunately since that time a third party came in and worked on the site, resulting in the error message you see here:



The whole site is inaccessible. Any help or hints you could provide would be greatly appreciated

Update: We fixed this problem. Just for anyone reading, the solution was upgrading the cmsms version to the latest (2.1.6), because apparently one of the plugins breaks the old version. You may have to do some fiddling around with templates, css, and images to get it working.
