Form buiilder: sender doesn't receive the message

Form buiilder: sender doesn't receive the message

If someone submits the contactform, some receive a copy, others don't. There is another form on the website which hasn't this problem.

Its for cms ms 1.12 en formbuilder 08.1.4.

What's wrong?
