CMSMS & Mac's

Post by burlington »

Site running 2.1.2. Windows OS.

If the editor clicks on part of the content of a page using eg Chrome, he/she gets a drop down menu that includes such items as Colorzilla and from that item there is a further sub-menu.

HOWEVER, if the editor is running a Mac, then the above is not available and a different menu is offered.

If, indeed, this is a Mac peculiarity, can the site owner include a system like Colorzilla on his Mac?

Any ideas folks?

At first glance, this does not seem to be an issue with CMSMS at all. Colorzilla is a browser add-on and it is likely that your PC user has it installed on their browser while the Mac user does not. A simple test it to navigate to another web site (like cnn.com) and see if the difference in behaviors on the two platforms shows up there as well.
