FCKEditorX is selected but doesn't activate.

In the user preferences... FCKEditor is selected.

'enable the WYSIWYG editor while editing Global Content Block' is ticked.

However, when editing a content page, no WYSIWYG

Any suggestions anyone?

We need way more info but right off the bat I will say that FCKEditor hasn't been available for use in quite a while, like years...
