Unable to post news and blogs in admin site

Hi folks - Using CMSMS 1.10.3 Hyacinthe. When I try to post a blog in our news section on the admin side, I get this error message below. First time I'm seeing it. Any assistant is much appreciated.

You may need to post your system info and most will tell you to upgrade your CMSMS and all modules first...

Have you checked your error logs, made sure you didn't run out of disk space, etc. etc...
