(SOLVED sort of) SelfRegistration install error

I just installed SelfRegistration 1.9.4 and received the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function AddPropertyDefn() on null in /home/xxx/public_html/modules/SelfRegistration/method.install.php on line 123

This took CMSMS down. I had to remove the SelfRegistration folder from the modules folder for everything to work again.

I was able to import the .xml file and it installed without a problem.
