Problem banner with ie

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hi i have just installed cmsms, on local with firefox and ie that s ok, but on my shelterer i ve got a problem with internet explorer.
On the banner, on mouse over the banner erase, and on the menu is the same.
Thx for you re help !!
