Running CMS Made Simple 0.13 "Canary" - http://www.d5.no/

We have an article and an interview section on our webpages. I'm concidering adding a "tip a friend" link on the bottom of the page of each article. When they click it they should get the option to fill in their friends name and email so they send a link to this article. Any way to incorporate this on the site?
