Top of screen with text andd picture on te right

I found logo1.if and was able to change it to a new picture. As time moves on, I also would like to add text in the middle and an other picture at the right of the screen. I'm not familiar with coding css, therefore could someone please explain the steps I have to take to change the upper part of the screen?
