Global Content Blocks Disappearing

Have an issue were after a certion period of time, ie in the order of either days or weeks, Global Content Blocks that have been setup on our website keep dropping off.

The constant work around seems to be to just simply go into any Global Content Block entry and just hit the Apply or Submit button, ie don't have to make any changes, but after doing that, all the Global Content Blocks that had disappeared magically re-appear.

Why is this, and how do I stop it from happening.
