Allow editor to use File manager

I have started a new site using the latest cmsms 2.0.1.1

Is it possible to allow a 'user editor' access to the File Manager (not showing in permissions), or if not how can the editor upload new images they may require.

In the Backend Group Permissions for Editors check 'Modify Files'
