I upgraded from the CMSMS Beta to the CMSMS 2 final and I noticed that my page id numbers are showing as negative.
Any clue as to what may be causing this?

This is an issue that comes up when changing content types on pages. it's solved in svn.
in the mean time you can go to 'reorder pages' and hit submit, it should resolve the problem.
