Generate url parametr for all news

Hi all, i need help with News module. I need setup a url parameter of each post in News module by template.

For example:
now my url - .../news/12/12/la-la-la.html
I want to - .../news/la-la-la.html for news categoty and - .../notes/la-la-la.html for my notes category and for any other category - .../post/la-la-la.html.

How i can do this automatically? I don't want to do it manualy because i have more then 1000 posts in different categories.
