Hi,
after updating one site on a test machine from 1.12.1 to 2.0 I experienced some problems and errors which I could solve.
Where I am clueless is the following:
When I click on the "add image" button or select "Insert image" from the menu I get a popup showing an interface where I can set the description and the size. But clicking on the "search" button opens another popup with a login screen. Logging in works but doesn't allow file selection, instead it shows another instance of the backend.
Also the selection field for "insert CMS site link" is not autocompleting.
Setting features like "strong" or "em" on text is possible by clicking the corresponding button. UNsetting isn't possible this way.
Setting and removing links works, except the login screen instead of a file selection..
I added two gif files that might help understanding what I mean.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Kind regards,
thefrozen

Re: Problems with MicroTiny after update to 2.0
are there any messages in your error logs? or in the cmsms audit log that may help explain things?
Also, double check your config.php
Are you using an ssl admin? using ssl based admin without a real signed certificate will cause weird session type behavior problems with some browsers.

Re: Problems with MicroTiny after update to 2.0
Nothing in the logs, not in the PHP error log and not in CMSMS log.
No SSL used. It's a test machine..
config.php is okay.
BUT:
Right after writing the last post I came up with another idea and found something:
The problems do NOT occur on a recent Firefox (40.0.3) but they do occur on an older firefox (iceweasel on debian, version 38.2.1).
So this is partly solved or rather worked around. There is no newer iceweasel available from official debian sources..
Thank you very much!

Re: Problems with MicroTiny after update to 2.0
The same fault applies when using the new Windows 10 Microsoft Edge.
Seems to work fine on I.E and Chrome.
Although I would like to see the image and not just a icon representing the images.
Any suggestions.
