CMSMS 2.0 Update

So far it seems that the release candidate process is going well.

The bugs we have encountered so far have been relatively minor (only a few lines of code to change to fix each one).

By our calculations the twice daily snapshots have been downloaded over 400 times in the past 6 days with few issues being reported in that time.

Our goal is to have final release of CMSMS 2.0 for the beginning of August.
