Theme part of the site has problems

Hi,

I wanted to upload a theme but:

I cannot register, I get "MCrypt functionality is not loaded"
When I tried to use the forgotten password, it asks for the captcha that is not there.

Could someone test the functionality and make it work again, maybe some more people are willing to upload themes then.
