UPgrade from 1.11.11 to1.11.12

When I run upgrade.php, this is what I get:

/home5/forthill/public_html/_CMS/include.php:187 - GetDb
/home5/forthill/public_html/_CMS/install/upgrade.php:22 - require_once
FATAL ERROR: Could not find database connection key dbms in the config file

I have no idea what is going on.

You don't need to run upgrade.php for 1.11.11 to 1.11.12

Remove /install folder
Clear cache
That should do (if you've overwritten the files with the ones from 1.11.12)

Actually, I investigated furhter and found that the root of the problem is that config.php has been wiped out. The file still exists but its size is zero.

I have no idea how this happened. But I have contacted my web provider in hopes that we can restore from a good backup.
